How a hydrogen system is built
A complete hydrogen system starts with an electrolyzer that splits purified water into hydrogen using electricity. The raw hydrogen passes through a dryer to remove moisture, then a dew point meter and gas analyzer verify its quality. Mass flow controllers and pressure gauges manage flow and pressure before the hydrogen enters high-pressure storage cylinders. From storage, a pressure regulator drops the pressure to working levels, a second MFC and gauge fine-tune delivery, and the hydrogen finally feeds a fuel cell that converts it back to electricity for AC or DC loads.
